Shrimp

is a great recipe which you can use as a first or main course.
*2 lbs. Med. Large raw shrimp, shelled
and deveined
*1 cup sour cream
*1 cup mayonnaise
*2 cups seedless green grapes washed and patted dry.
*1/2 cup chopped fresh dill, or more to taste
*salt and pepper to taste
*lettuce leaves

Portobello Mushrooms with Herbs:
Did you know? Portobello mushrooms are usually about 4 to 6 inches in diameter and have a dense meaty texture that makes them perfect for grilling.
Prep. Time 10 minutes / Marinade time 1 hour / Grill 10 minutes
2 tbs. Olive or veg. Oil
1 tb. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. Dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. Chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. Dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 fresh Portobello mushrooms caps (about 4 to 6 inches in diameter)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese with herbs or goat cheese with herbs
Beer Can Chicken
Basic BBQ rub (see below)
4 to 4 1/2 whole broiler-fryer
Chicken
1 can (12 oz.) beer
BBQ Rub:
1 tb. Paprika
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Mix rub ingredients.
