KITCHEN set in a Tuscan
motif. although we have upgraded the tools we still strive
to achieve that "home kitchen" environment.
Our mission is to teach you how to cook using the techniques
that the world's best chefs have been using for years.
This may sound like serious
business but we find a way to make it fun during every class. In
addition to chef Barbara Sheridan we have engaged Chefs Danielle
O'Toole, Lennie Molina, Michael Causarano and our expert pastry chefs
Michelle Brown and Allison Sackman. Our other staff members, Pat
Lembo, Wendy Niceberg and Rita Bausch are here to see that you enjoy
your class and refreshments from time to time.
